I began building the dream of this company in 1980. Operations began in 1982 as a one man show where I fulfilled all roles; Investigator, Marketer, Bookkeeper and Secretary. I take great pride in the fact that I began this company and grew it from the ground level.
As my reputation in the industry grew, so did NIB. I gradually took on office employees and then field workers. I take great pride in the employees of NIB. Both, my Director of Operations and Accounting Manager, have been with me for more than 20 years. My senior management team consists of my daughter and son-in-law. This company runs with family values because we are a family. Those values and the relationships that form from those values extend to our clients.
I have dedicated my career to building strong client relationships. We assist our clients in identifying their needs and formulating a plan which will achieve their ultimate goal. During that process we provide a level of personalized service which our clients have come to expect. We pride ourselves in the fact that our outstanding service has become our trademark. In this world of impersonal service – our mission will always be maintaining great relationships with our clients.
