Mr. Mullen began his career with NIB in 1997 and established himself as one of the company’s top field investigators. He was eventually promoted to Vice President in 2001.
Mr. Mullen has shown through his investigative skill and experience, to be one of the top “up and coming” investigators in the industry. His experience through NIB includes working thousands of insurance fraud, corporate and criminal/civil investigations. Mr. Mullen is highly trained in the technique of surveillance working numerous insurance and private cases. He is also trained in the aspect of interview and interrogations helping several corporate and small business clients fight internal fraud, theft and loss prevention issues. In one instance he has personally worked undercover for thirteen months during an investigation that eventually led to the uncovering of drug distribution and embezzlement within a corporation.
Mr. Mullen has helped design, maintain and continuously grow the company’s Corporate/Loss Prevention Division. This area of the company now oversees the Security and Loss Prevention for hundreds of franchised and private businesses throughout the East Coast.
Mr. Mullen is personally licensed in the state of MA and NY. He has also completed both the original and advanced courses in the John E. Reid Technique of Interview and Interrogation. He is a member of The Licensed Private Detectives Association of MA and RI, National Association of Investigative Specialists, ASIS, and The International Narcotic Enforcement Officers Association.
Sean currently resides in Stoughton, MA with his wife Jennifer and three children. He is an active member of the Father’s Guild at Boston College High School, where his oldest son is a student and also coaches Stoughton Pop Warner Football, Stoughton Little League and Stoughton Youth Soccer.
